UTA Radio is, well...awesome. There is no better way to describe us. We are an internet radio station that broadcasts live from campus, which in case you didn't know, is at the University of Texas at Arlington. Our mission...our life goal, if you will...is to provide kick-butt sports and entertainment programming to all of our listeners. At the same time, we are training the future professional broadcasters of the world...you're welcome world!

Spring 2012 Graduation
| So, graduation was pretty awesome. Lots of former radio students walked across the stage (finally!). James Franco (pictured, thanks to The Shorthorn) was there,too. He told a raucous crowd that school is cool, and that after earning his bachelor's and a few master's (show off), he's now working on his doctorate. So, once he earns that, maybe the Department of Communication can recruit him as a visiting professor. But then we'd have another instructor just as good looking as Julian Rodriguez. That's the price of academia. |
